UV광량계
ACCU-CAL™ 50 고온용 UV광량계
Smart UV Intensity Meter/Radiometer Description Consistent UV curing requires periodic monitoring of UV intensity or dose. The DYMAX ACCU-CAL 50 Radiometer is simple to operate and offers repeatable measurement of UV light. The ACCU-CAL 50 can measure UV light emitted from lightguides (3mm, 5mm and 8mm), UV flood systems and UV conveyors. With a spectral sensitivity of 320nm to 390nm (UV-A), the ACCU-CAL 50 measures intensities from 1mW/cm² to 40 W/cm². A specially designed detector assembly protects the photo-sensor from the high temperatures sometimes associated with modern high intensity UV curing spot lamps, which can lead to inaccurate measurements. Fixtures are supplied which lock UV lamp lightguides into position over the sensor, giving accurate and repeatable measurements. The ACCU-CAL 50 features an easy-to-use instruction set with a simple, clear display and three button operation Three reasons to use a UV radiometer - Maintain a light curing process
A radiometer measures whether a light curing system is providing intensity above the "bulb change" intensity. Radiometers provide the same monitoring control for light curing processes as thermometers do for thermal processes. - Provide an operator friendly light curing process
The ACCU-CAL 50 is sufficiently sensitive to measure the intensity of stray or reflected UV light (as little as 1mW/cm²). A rule of thumb is that operators should not be exposed to more than 1mW/cm². For reference, UV (320-395nm) intensity on a sunny day can range from 2-6mW/cm². - Measuring transmission rates through substrates
A radiometer can be used to measure the transmission rates of various wavelengths through substrates which absorb UV and/or visible light. To assure an effective curing process, it is critical to measure the light intensity reaching the adhesive or coating through the intervening substrate.
